1. Improper placement. The temperature of the machine is too high; there is a heat source around it; it is too close to the wall or other obstacles; the room is not ventilated; the front door and side door are open during the operation of the equipment, and the fan cannot form convection.
2. There are too many stains on the oil separator filter. When the filter element of the screw air compressor oil separator is too dirty, the oil will slow down during the circulating flow, causing high temperature.
3. The oil shut-off valve fails. The oil shut-off valve is generally available on a relatively large machine. After the failure, the temperature rises rapidly because it cannot be cooled.
4. The radiator is blocked. The compressor works in a dusty environment for a long time. After a certain period of use, there will be a layer of dirt on the surface of the radiator, and the inside will also form a blockage, which may cause poor heat dissipation.
