Dryer maintenance and repair skills
There are six major steps in the repair and maintenance of the dryer.
Method / step
Step 1 Observe the instrument value 4 times per shift
1. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of compressed air does not exceed 0.035Mpa;
2. Evaporation pressure gauge 0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa;
3, high pressure pressure gauge 1.2Mpa-1.6Mpa
Step 2 Always observe the drainage and sewage system
1. The float drainer is cleaned once a week or so.
2, the sewage pipe is discharged once a week
◆Electronic drain cleaning method:
a. Close the ball valve on the front of the automatic drainer;
b. Loosen the upper fixing nut and take out the timing coil. During the cleaning process, the coil can never touch the water, otherwise the coil will burn off;
c. Disconnect the hose and loosen the drain valve body to vent the compressed air inside the drainer;
d. Remove the valve plug and wipe it clean;
e. Screw the valve body back to the front end of the ball valve and gently open it. Use compressed air to empty the impurities and water in the drainage system; wipe the valve body with a rag;
f. Put the valve core and timing coil back in place; then install the hose to open the front ball valve.
Step 3 Always observe the inlet temperature of the cooling water system and compressed air system.
1. Cooling water temperature is 2~32°C;
2. The water pressure is 0.15~0.3Mpa;
3, compressed air intake temperature should generally be ≤ 45 ° C (by hand touch the intake pipe is not hot is appropriate) special exception
4, the cooling water should be kept clean Y-type filter for half a month to clean the water once a month; the water condenser is cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality) the wind condenser is cleaned once a month;
◆Wind condenser cleaning should try to avoid crushing wind condenser fins
The air condenser should ensure sufficient space for ventilation and heat dissipation. It should not work under direct sunlight. Regularly use compressed air to remove surface area. The compressed air flow for cleaning should not be too large.
◆ Shell-and-tube water condenser cleaning: Close the cooling water inlet and outlet to open the unconnected water pipe end cover end cover and the gasket only need to be cleaned with water; the inside of the copper pipe is cleaned with gas, water or a rag stick; Don't be too big to break the internal copper tube
Step 4 Always observe the refrigeration system
1. The compressor is touched by hand at least once a day, which is normally cold and frosty;
2, dry filter every week, touch the temperature difference between the two sides should not be very large (imported heat, export cool needs to be replaced);
3. If you find that the compressor has abnormal sound and heat, you should contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.

Step 5 Check the electrical control system
Purge dust to tighten the terminals (must be done without power)

Step 6 External maintenance
Regularly wipe the surface of the equipment with a clean towel, remove dust, install the dryer, air compressor floor dust and oil to keep the environment clean.
