1. Checks all pressure gauges and electrical equipment for abnormalities.
2. Check if the cooling water inlet and outlet valve is open, whether it meets the specified pressure (≥0.4MPa), and the specified temperature is 21°C-25°C.
3. Check if the instrument control gas is turned on and it meets the set pressure (0.5MPa).
4. Test the auxiliary oil pump, whether the electric heater is in the automatic state (AUTO).
5. Check if the vacuum of the tank is normal. (10-20PSIG)
6. Check if the oil level of the air compressor is normal. (2/3 or 1/2)
7. Check if the oil supply temperature is normal (≥25°C) and test whether the auxiliary oil pump check pressure is normal.
8. Check if the air compressor is in the local (site) control mode.
