First, the preparation work before starting:
1. Check whether the parts of the air compressor are in good condition, and whether the protection devices, instruments, valves, pipes and joints are damaged or loose.
2. Slightly open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas tank, discharge the condensed water and dirt accumulated in the lower part of the lubricating oil, and close the oil when it sees the oil flowing out to prevent the oil from emulsification and deterioration.
3. Check if the oil level of the oil and gas tank is between the two scale lines of the oil level gauge. If it is insufficient, it should be added. Note that there is no pressure in the system before refueling (the oil level is subject to observation after 10 minutes of shutdown, and the oil level is slightly lower during operation than when the machine is stopped).
4. When the new machine is turned on for the first time or is turned off for a long time, the air filter cover should be removed first, and about 0.5 liter of lubricating oil should be added from the air inlet to prevent the oil loss in the starting time.
5. Confirm that there is no pressure in the system.
6. Open the exhaust valve.
7. Detect the cable connected to the air compressor, whether the voltage meets the manufacturer's requirements (between 360V and 410V). It is required to check the equipment after it is not turned on and after starting the machine. Some factories have no abnormal static voltage, and the voltage drops after the load. Causes the motor to be overloaded.
