Maintenance of air filter
The air filter is a component that filters out airborne dirt and dirt.
1. It is best to maintain the air filter once a week. The steps are: unscrew the gland nut, take out the air filter, and use 0.2-0.4Mpa compressed air to blow out the dust particles on the outer surface of the air filter from the inner cavity of the air filter. Clean the dirt on the inner wall of the air filter with a clean rag and return the air filter. Note that the seal at the front end of the air filter should be tightly attached to the inner end of the air filter case. The diesel engine of the diesel power screw is empty. The maintenance of the filter element should be carried out synchronously with the air filter of the air compressor. The maintenance method is the same.
2, the normal condition of the air filter is 1000-1500 hours, and the environment is particularly harsh, such as mines, ceramics factories, cotton mills, etc. It is recommended to replace the air filter every 500 hours.
3. When cleaning or replacing the air filter element, the parts must be combined one by one to prevent foreign matter from falling into the intake valve.
4. Check whether the intake telescopic tube is damaged or sucked. Whether the connection between the telescopic tube and the air filter inlet valve is loose or leaking. If any problems are found, it must be repaired and replaced in time.
Oil filter replacement
1. After the first operation of the air compressor for 500 hours, the oil core should be replaced. Use a special wrench to remove the oil filter. Add a small amount of screw oil before installing the new filter, and evenly apply the screw oil on the O-ring. , tighten by hand and then tighten with a special wrench.
2. It is recommended to replace the new filter element every 1500-3000 hours. When changing the oil, it is best to replace the oil filter at the same time. When the environment is bad, the replacement cycle should be shortened.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element for a period of time. Otherwise, due to the serious blockage of the filter element, the pressure difference exceeds the limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve is automatically opened, and a large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw main unit, causing serious consequences.
4. The replacement of diesel engine oil filter and diesel filter should be carried out in accordance with the maintenance requirements of the diesel engine. The replacement method is similar to that of the screw engine oil core.
Maintenance and replacement of oil
1. Oil is the component that separates the screw lubricant from the compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricant and the filtration accuracy of the air have a huge impact on its life. It can be seen that in the harsh environment, the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter must be shortened, and even the front air filter should be considered.
2. The oil must be replaced after the expiration or before or after the pressure difference exceeds 0.12Mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the oil will break and run.
3. Replacement method:
a) Remove the control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas tank cover, take out the oil return pipe that protrudes into the oil and gas tank on the oil and gas tank cover, and remove the fastening bolt on the oil and gas drum.
b) Remove the upper lid of the oil and gas tank and take out the fine oil separator. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt adhering to the upper cover.
c) Install a new oil separator, pay attention to the upper and lower asbestos pads must be equipped with conductive nails, the asbestos pad must be placed neatly when pressed, otherwise it will cause the pad.
d) Replace the upper cover, return pipe, and control tubes as they are, and check for leaks.
