The way to change the oil is to completely remove the old oil from the air compressor tank, the oil shut-off valve, the oil cooler and the oil line before starting to add new oil. Try to choose a good quality lubricant. When adding lubricant, you need to pay attention to the oil level. You can't add too little or too much. When the air compressor is running, the temperature of the lubricating oil should be controlled. The high temperature may cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate and reduce the lubricating performance.

2, regular inspection of air compressor "leakage" situation
If the air compressor is used for a long time, it will inevitably lead to leakage. If the leakage is serious, it will not only cause pressure drop, but also cause energy waste. The quality of compressed air will also decrease due to oily water content. When the leakage is not easy to detect, you can use the ultrasonic detector to detect at each pipeline, and leak and repair in time.
3. Regular maintenance of the motor
For motor maintenance, you can start by detecting motor current, voltage, and motor temperature. If the voltage is unbalanced, the current will increase and the motor temperature will increase. Therefore, regular maintenance of the motor can reduce maintenance and production costs, and can also improve the working efficiency of the air compressor.
4, regular replacement of "three filters"
The three filters are oil separators, air filters and oil filters. Their service life is generally 2000 hours. It needs to be replaced in time after expiration. If the filter plug is damaged, the energy consumption of the air compressor will increase, which will seriously affect the air pressure. The performance of the machine will cause the air compressor to lock up when it is severe.
5, check other aspects of the air compressor
It mainly includes the inspection of the loading and unloading of the air compressor, the inspection of the air compressor that has been stopped, and the inspection of the exhaust pressure of the air compressor. If the air compressor vibration is too large, the noise will be repaired if the noise is too large, and it is also necessary to check whether the various valves of the air compressor are malfunctioning.
