Dryer safety operation procedures
First, before starting
1. Check if the power supply voltage is normal and check if the ambient temperature is normal.
2. Make sure that the compressed air does not enter the dryer (stop the air compressor or close the valve and open the air bypass valve).
3. Check if the condensation temperature of the refrigerant meter is normal. When not running, the high and low pressure of the refrigerant should be equal to the ambient temperature.
4. Check if the cooling water pressure and temperature are normal (0.25-0.4Mpa/cm2, the water temperature should not exceed 35oC).
Second, start running
1. Close the circuit breaker inside the control box and unscrew the emergency stop button. Press the start button and the dryer will start running.
2. Check if the running current of the dryer is normal. Check whether the fan motor of the hot and cold heat exchanger is running normally before checking.
3. Allow compressed air to enter the dryer after 3 minutes of operation (start the air compressor or open the inlet and outlet valves, close the air)

4. Check for leaks in the machine.
5. Check whether the inlet compressed air temperature and pressure are normal, and whether the inlet and outlet temperatures of the dryer are normal.
6. Check if the high and low pressure of the refrigerant is normal (high pressure range: 12-23 kgf/cm2, low pressure: 4-7 kgf/cm2).
7. After 30 minutes of operation, check if the drainage system is normal.
If all the above inspections are normal, it is normal operation.
Third, stop running
1. Open the air bypass valve and close the inlet and outlet valves of the dryer.
2. Press the stop button and the main circuit breaker will be disconnected after the standby device has completely stopped.
3. It is strictly forbidden to run the dryer for a long time without load.
4. It is strictly forbidden to start the cold dryer immediately after the shutdown. If it needs to be turned on, it must be stopped after 3 minutes of shutdown.
Dry cleaning machine routine maintenance
1. Drain once a day by the drain valve manually to avoid clogging and lose the sewage.
2. Check whether the filter of the hot and cold heat exchanger is clean before daily inspection to avoid the adverse effect of heat dissipation on the utility and life of the dryer.
3. Clean the water condenser and cooling tower once every two months.
4. Keep the dryer in a well ventilated state at all times.
5. Always pay attention to whether the inlet temperature of the dryer exceeds the rated value.
6. Check daily whether the high and low pressure of the refrigerant is normal.
