Here are some tips for summer compressor system maintenance:
1. Check if the drain is in good working condition. Higher humidity in summer produces more condensate, while drains require additional water flow.
2. Remove the residue and clean the blocked cooler, which is to clean the radiator to prevent the compressor from overheating.
3. Clean or replace the oil filter. Dirty filters can cause pressure drops, but a clean filter reduces energy consumption and keeps the compressor running low.
4. Properly ventilate your air compressor room. Especially in the summer, it is important to use ducts and vents to remove hot air from the outside or compressor room.
5. If your system uses a water-cooled compressor, adjust the pressure, flow and temperature of the water entering the compressor to avoid overheating.
