Oil water separator working principle
The oily sewage is sent to the oil-water separator by the sewage pump. After passing through the diffusion nozzle, the large particle oil droplets float up on the top of the left oil collection chamber.
The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate coalescer of the lower part, where the polymerized part of the oil drops into a larger oil drop to the right collecting chamber.
The sewage containing the oil droplets of smaller particles passes through the fine filter to remove the impurities in the water, and sequentially enters the fiber aggregator, so that the fine oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets and separated from the water.
After separation, the clean water is removed through the exclusion port, and the dirty oil in the left and right collection chambers is automatically removed by the electromagnetic valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber aggregator is removed by the manual valve.
