Inspection of electrical parts:

Inspection of mechanical parts:

The air filter core is seriously clogged;

Minimum pressure valve leak.

A large amount of gas can not be absorbed and compressed. Similarly, if the intake valve can not be opened, the gas can not enter, such as the host. When loading, the solenoid valve opens, the gas through the trachea, through the solenoid valve, the top open intake valve, so that the trachea leak, the intake valve can not open. Gas compressor gas production equipment is less than the pressure switch failure: if the compressor itself set unloading pressure of 0.8Mpa, and when the pressure switch fails, even when the pressure reaches 0.8Mpa, the compressor also cannot be converted to uninstall. The intake valve does not work properly: when the control panel is switched to uninstall, the intake valve is not closed in time, the compressor will still produce gas, thus opening the safety valve. When the oil core is blocked, the compressor is under loading, the gas production is greater than the speed of the exhaust gas, and the pressure inside the oil and gas barrel rises slowly, thus opening the safety valve. Equipment gas consumption is greater than the compressor gas production: at this point, the compressor will always display loading.
