Troubleshooting: Whether the oil filter should be replaced can be judged by its differential pressure indication. If the differential pressure indicator is on, it indicates that the oil filter is blocked and must be replaced. The oil and oil filter need to be replaced after the first operation of the new machine for 500 hours, and then replaced by the differential pressure indicator. If the oil filter pressure difference is large and not replaced, it may result in insufficient oil intake, and the exhaust high temperature tripping machine will affect the bearing life due to insufficient oil.
The effective use of oil filter is determined by two factors:
1. How much impurity? When the ability of the oil filter to adsorb impurities reaches the limit, the effective life of the oil filter is reached;
2. Machine temperature and filter paper resistance to carbonization. When the machine is at high temperature and normal temperature, the service life of the oil filter is different. The high temperature model will greatly accelerate the carbonization of the filter paper and shorten the effective use time of the filter paper;
In addition, the poor filter paper can be used for a short period of time. Under normal conditions, the effective filtration time of the oil filter is about 2000-2500 hours.
When the frequency conversion screw machine is used for long-term low frequency, the temperature is usually low, the moisture in the oil barrel is more, and the waterproof ability of the filter paper is higher; when the frequency conversion screw machine is used at low frequency, the pressure of the oil system is low, and the oil filter must have low resistance and ventilation. Many people may think that oil filtration is based on interception filtration. The higher the precision, the better the filtration effect. The oil filter filtration precision has some relationship with the filtration effect, but the filter effect is not the filtration accuracy, but the adsorption capacity of the oil filter paper. The larger the dust holding capacity, the stronger the adsorption force and the better the filtration effect. The filter effect of the fiber filter paper is good because the dust holding capacity is large, the adsorption capacity is strong, and the carbonization resistance is strong. However, the price of fiber filter paper is very expensive, and the filter paper mill is not sold at zero. It needs to be customized in large quantities. If the oil filter does not have a large sales volume, it is difficult to customize the fiber filter paper, which is the main reason why few people use fiber filter paper. the reason.
