What is the maintenance method for the screw air compressor oil separator filter?
Maintenance should be carried out after the air compressor has been shut down and the corresponding safety measures have been taken. Small air compressors mostly use rotary oil separator filter, the maintenance method is the same as the oil filter; the built-in steps are as follows:
Loosen the pipe on the oil drum and remove the pipe from the pressure maintenance valve (minimum pressure valve) to the aftercooler, remember to ensure proper reloading.
Loosen and remove the return line.
Loosen the fastening bolts on the top cover of the oil and gas tank and remove the oil cover.
Take out the oil separator filter and replace the new oil separator filter and gasket.
Gather back in the opposite step and tighten the bolt with a torque wrench.
After the machine is turned on, retighten the oil drum cover bolts.
Check that the differential pressure switch equipped with the oil separator filter on the oil and gas tank is installed normally. The preset value is 100 kPa.
