What Is The Cause Of Excessive Vibration Of The Air Compressor?

First, the vibration after driving:

When the unit starts up, because the starting current of the unit is large, the instantaneous torque is also large, causing the motor to have a sense of displacement, and during the starting process, it is an unstable process to pass through the surge zone, and the vibration is obviously fluctuating.

Take an air compressor of a company as an example. Because the starting speed is not standardized, the inlet guide vanes and the scale position are often inconsistent when starting up, which causes the starting current to be large when starting up, and even the surge is obviously felt, causing the vibration after starting. Large, therefore, multiple starts affect the life of the compressor, and often need to be shut down for maintenance.

Second, the bearing impact:

In the past, air compressors often used two plain bearings. After 2003, the air bearing sliding bearing was modified. The bearing was upgraded on the basis of the original air compressor body. The amount of oil between the tile and the shaft increases. Although the lubrication and cooling performances are improved, the sealing performance is not as good as the original sliding bearing bush; however, the vibration is reduced and the mechanical efficiency is also greatly improved, which has been recognized by the industry.
