What Are The Main Structures Of Air Compressors

1. Compression mechanism part: It consists of cylinder, piston, intake and exhaust valve and other components. There are four valve holes on the cylinder block and cylinder head, and two into two.

2. The transmission mechanism part: consists of a pulley, a crankshaft, a connecting rod, a crosshead, etc., and the rotary motion transmitted by the motor is changed into a reciprocating linear motion through a transmission mechanism.

3. Sealing part: The first and second cylinder seals are each composed of a group of packings. The sealing ring and the piston rod are closed and sealed by the pre-tightening force of the tension spring and the gas pressure.

4. Lubrication system part: The transmission mechanism lubrication system consists of oil pump, filter, oil filter and pressure gauge.

5. Cooling part: It consists of cooling water pipe, intercooler and aftercooler. The cooling water is cooled by the inlet water inlet into the intercooler, and the cooling water is discharged into the water chambers of the first and second cylinders respectively after being discharged.

6. Unloading valve and pressure control system: The unloading valve and pressure control system control the compressor discharge pressure to operate within a predetermined range. When the pressure in the gas storage tank exceeds the specified value, the compressor stops the intake air, and the compressor enters the no-load operation to reduce the power consumption. The unloading valve is balanced. The valve is controlled to open or close to control the intake or stop the intake. The lower part has a small piston. The small piston chamber is connected with the solenoid valve and the overpressure reducing valve. The small piston chamber is at normal pressure. When the pressure exceeds the rated value, the pressure control system operates (the solenoid valve is connected to the air), the gas enters the small piston chamber, pushes the piston to raise the spring on the compression valve, closes the valve, and the intake stops. When the air pressure decreases, the pressure control system operates. (The solenoid valve intake is disconnected), the relief valve is automatically opened, and the compressor enters normal operation.

7. Safety protection part: There are safety valve and electrical protection components respectively. The safety valve is automatically opened to discharge the gas when the exhaust pressure exceeds a specified value. The safety valve is divided into one and two safety valves, and the first safety valve opening pressure is 0.24~0.3Mpa.
