Ips started to develop a new generation of refrigerated dryers in 2015. After numerous experimental tests and improvements, by 2017, the finished machines have passed various simulation tests in the laboratory. Since then, Ips has put in dozens of machines to the scene to use and observe the record. After ensuring the stability of the new generation of dryers, the prototype will be on display at the Shanghai exhibition site on November 6th!
1, low dew point
The pre-cooling and evaporation part is transformed into a two-in-one inner casing pattern by the traditional two-pipe juxtaposition pattern. The low-temperature evaporator shell tube is completely wrapped by the high-temperature pre-cooler shell tube, and then the unique spiral tube pre-cooler design. Fully achieve maximum exchange of hot and cold air to ensure that the dew point is not affected by high temperature compressed air.
2, low pressure drop
The heat exchange core integrating evaporation and condensation effectively reduces the resistance of the shell side of the pre-cooling part, and some of the sleeve space acts as a circulation area of the pre-cooler and the evaporator gas, and buffers the circulating gas in the space. The resistance of the pipe elbow caused by the change of the flow direction is small, so that the resistance of the gas in the flow is small and the pressure is lowered.
