Screw air compressor industry standard
For the normal production of screw air compressors, it is stipulated that each screw air compressor should be inspected by the manufacturer. At the time of factory inspection, the continuous operation of full load should be no less than 2 hours.
The contents of the factory inspection are as follows:
a) Check the assembly quality, working condition and correctness of each part and component;
b) According to the provisions of Appendix C of GB/T 3853-1998, the actual volume flow, exhaust pressure and shaft power shall be measured at the rated exhaust pressure. The results shall comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents.
c) Check the sensitivity of the volumetric flow automatic adjustment device and safety valve.
If the structure, materials, and process have changed greatly, and the screw air compressor that may affect the performance of the product or the long-term suspension of production resumes production, it shall be type tested. For type inspection, the full-load continuous operation time shall be not less than 200h, of which 24h is continuous overpressure test and overpressure is 5%.
