Air compressor host abnormal noise Cause analysis:
1The belt is too loose, the main and passive belt groove type is too large, and the squeak is generated according to the slip; (belt transmission type)
2 When the screw air compressor is running, the oil supply is not timely, so that the yin and yang screws are directly engaged without lubricating oil, and the dry friction of the metal produces howling;
3 feet or imported filter fixing bolts are loose;
4 The tightening gear nut is loose, and the impact gap is too large to produce a crash sound;
5 The intake valve is closed and the air leakage is large, and the intake valve is reversed to vibrate.
6 The host drops things in, causing the yin and yang screws to click on the card to produce a howling sound;
7 The gap between the male and female screws and the bearing end face is too large;
8 mainframe bearings are damaged.
Air compressor main engine noise solution:
1 Replace the belt and adjust the belt tightness;
2 Check the oil level, replace the Atlas oil filter, and add oil to the air compressor main unit, and let the oil bubble to the 3/4 of the rotor.
3 Check and tighten the bolts, and re-align the air compressor;
4 Check the vibration condition, and confirm that the tightening gear nut is loose and repaired;
5 adjust the position of the intake butterfly piece;
6, 7, 8 solution: carry out overhaul of the host.
