How To Properly Dehumidify An Air Compressor

How to properly "dehumidify" an air compressor

1. Ensure normal exhaust temperatur

Because the normal exhaust temperature will be above the ambient temperature of +55 degrees, this temperature will vaporize the moisture, discharge it with the compressed air, and then discharge the water through the subsequent dryer. Some special situations will cause the oil temperature to be too low. For example, in some inverter units, it is not easy to establish sufficient oil temperature when the load is low (less than 50%). In this case, professional service personnel must be adjusted to some parameters.

2.Use original genuine lubricants

The old driver of the service engineer contributed his experience. Before the unit is shut down for a period of time and then restarted, the oil tank oil drain valve can be slowly opened to drain the water in the oil.

3.Please ask professional service personnel to check the aging circuit

In the control panel, some lines are aging, which may cause sparks and short circuits in wet conditions, from abnormal trips and shutdowns, and burned control panels.

4.Check the air compressor room

Avoid rain, water, and lightning protection. It is always more cost-effective to prevent Yu Weiran than to make up afterwards. In addition, once the air compressor room encounters water ingress, stop it immediately to avoid greater losses.
