1. lack of oil or oil deterioration


The air compressor lacks oil, the oil is poor, and the usage time is exceeded. Check the position of the oil level oil on the oil and gas tank. If the oil level is lower than the oil level mark, stop the oil to prevent high temperature. The air compressor oil is poor, the oil is prone to deterioration over time, the fluidity is deteriorated, and the heat exchange performance is degraded. It is easy to cause the heat of the air compressor head not to be completely taken away, resulting in high temperature of the air compressor. A general characteristic of lubricating oil is that the viscosity is lowered at a high temperature, and the viscosity is increased at a low temperature. Lubricants used in summer should be different from winter.

 


2. Filter blocked


Air filter blockage will cause the air compressor load to be too large, and it will be loaded for a long time, causing high temperature; the oil core plug will cause the internal pressure to be too high, resulting in high temperature; the oil filter blockage will cause the flow to become smaller, and the air compressor will be taken away by the heat. Not very complete, slowly forming high temperatures.

 

3. Cooler blockage affects ventilation


The water cooler does not linger for a long time, and many impurities and dirt block the water inlet hole, so that the water flow rate is insufficient and the temperature rises. Method: Wrap the top of a wire with a cloth and drag it back and forth inside the tube. The air cooler uses a gas gun to blow the radiator. The blockage of the radiator will cause the oil to pass without cooling, the oil temperature is high, and the air compressor temperature will be high.

 

4. Poor temperature control valve


If the temperature control valve fails and the temperature control valve fails, the lubricating oil may directly enter the machine head without passing through the cooler, so that the oil temperature cannot be lowered, resulting in high temperature. The main reason for its failure is that the elastic modulus of the two thermal springs on the valve core changes after fatigue and cannot work normally with temperature changes. Second, the valve body wears out, the valve core is stuck or the motion is not in place and cannot be closed normally.


5. There is a problem with the main unit or the screw


Wear of the machine head and internal wear and tear of the air compressor can also cause the exhaust gas temperature to be too high. The air compressor of the air compressor is abnormally sounded. The air compressor that is normal and the bearing is not damaged should be operated smoothly. The sound is dull, such as obvious impact sounds, sharp sounds, etc. during operation, which proves that the air compressor is seriously worn and the bearing is damaged. At this time, the machine head should be replaced to correct the bearing position and the rotor.


6. The air compressor system has air leakage or the air compressor produces less gas per minute than the production gas. The air compressor is always loading.


7. The ambient temperature is too high, and it is more prone to such problems in summer.


The ambient temperature of the equipment room is high, and the operating environment of the air compressor is best at 30 °C~40 °C. Improve the ventilation system of the air compressor room, increase the exhaust fan in the air compressor room, and blow out the hot air from the air compressor room to reduce the temperature. .
