Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Air Compressor The simulation model of the DC brushless motor driven compressor control system was established by using the simulink toolbox in MATLAB, and the feasibility of this control scheme was simulated. The torque ripple caused by the commutation is not analyzed in detail, and the back electromotive force current equation and the torque wave equation are derived. A rectification filter circuit, a drive circuit and a control circuit are built. The original program is optimized, and the commutation start and back potential detection procedures are written to provide a platform for the experimental demonstration of the variable duty cycle control scheme. The appropriate voltage-frequency curve is designed through experiments to make the motor start normally.
