Reluctance frequency conversion air compressor
The world's most energy-efficient screw air compressor (air compressor). It is driven by a DC reluctance motor and is essentially different from an air compressor with an AC inverter.
Frequency conversion air compressor
There are two kinds of frequency conversion. One is a common motor equipped with a frequency converter. The frequency converter can change the motor speed. However, the adjustment range is limited, and the motor output can generally be adjusted between 75% and 100%. There is also a variable frequency motor with a frequency converter. In the field of air compressors, there are not many manufacturers that can use real inverter motors. Berg, Atlas, and Ingersoll Rand air compressors have a variable frequency air compressor that never wears out and does not need to replace bearings. It should be able to achieve output adjustments of about 20% to 100%. General frequency conversion means can suppress the frequent loading and unloading of equipment, and can also save a lot of electrical energy, improve reliability, and reduce noise. If the air compressor uses frequency conversion, it can also stabilize the system air pressure.
