Fault Analysis And Treatment Of Fuel Injection In Screw Air Compressor

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Fuel Injection in Screw Air Compressor

First, check whether the fuel cut solenoid valve is faulty. If the fuel cut solenoid valve is normal, check whether the main exhaust pipe check valve can be closed or closed in time. If there is any fault, remove it.

At present, double-screw air compressors are generally no longer installed oil-cut solenoid valve, so the main reason for injection is the check valve.

Check valve is recommended to use stainless steel valve, because the compressed air contains water, the ordinary cast iron valve oxidation corrosion rate is very fast, easy to cause the check valve rust stuck and closed lax.

Once the power is turned off, the solenoid valve acts and the intake butterfly valve closes and is initially isolated. However, the air intake butterfly valve generally has vent holes or gaps, it cannot be completely isolated from the outside, and the hammer type check valve is closed. This is the most effective and last measure to prevent fuel injection.

Since the twin-screw air compressors generally do not have oil-off valves installed, they are shut off by a check valve after shutdown, and the oil that is pressed against the main engine is discharged to zero inside the machine and flows back to the oil and gas tank under gravity. The hammer check valve It is the most effective way at present.

Air compressor injection will not only affect the overall performance of the air compressor, reduce its service life, but also lead to more failures. Therefore, when a fuel injection failure occurs in the air compressor, immediately identify the cause and use an effective method to solve the problem.
