Change the air filter of the air compressor


The enterprise generally installs the air filter of the air compressor and the air compressor to make the noise in the air compressor room too large. We moved the air filter to a clean, dry and well ventilated place outside the machine room where the air compressor is no more than 10m. In order to improve the dust collection capacity of the air filter, we added a 4×4 mesh filter to the inside. As the oil pool, the filter oil is generally mixed with 60% cylinder oil and 40% diesel oil, or with a suitable air compressor oil, the flow rate of air in the filter does not exceed 1 ~ 1.5m / s. The air sucked in by the air compressor is pre-purified to ensure the normal air consumption of the air compressor, and the noise is reduced, and the air compressor sound can be heard and processed in time when the sound is abnormal.

The water cooling system before the improvement is shown in Figure 1. The cooling water* enters the intercooler, the outlet water temperature has risen, and then the three channels enter the first and second stage cylinders and the oil cooler respectively, when the ambient temperature is low in winter. This cooling method has little effect on the normal operation of the air compressor. In summer, due to the high ambient temperature itself, the inlet temperature of the air compressor is around 30cE, and the outlet temperature reaches about 45°C, which exceeds the inlet temperature of the air compressor. ≤ 20 ° C, drainage temperature ≤ 40 ° C requirements, resulting in air compressor overheating operation.
