Compressed Air Quality In The Food Industry Is Worrying

Compressed air quality in the food industry is worrying!

Compressed air used in food production is divided into 3 categories!

Direct contact: “compressed air is used as part of production and processing”, compressed air in direct contact with food or ingredients.

For example, the stirring of food raw materials, the transportation, fermentation, cooling and spraying of powdered raw materials require the use of completely pure compressed air.

Indirect contact: A gas that is not in direct contact with food and is used in packaging, transportation, storage, etc.

For example: blowing PET bottles with compressed air or preparing and opening bags before pouring into food; used to control the use of valves and brakes in automated lines for filling, packaging and bottling.
