Main steps of debugging:
1. Connect the converter to the system.
2. Run the power frequency bypass.
3. Run the frequency conversion circuit, including open loop and closed loop control debugging:
Open loop: at this time, it is mainly observed whether the frequency of the frequency converter increases, whether the running sound of the equipment is normal, whether the pressure of the air compressor rises steadily, whether the pressure transmitter displays normally, whether the equipment stops normally, etc.If everything is normal, closed-loop debugging can be carried out.
Closed loop: it is mainly based on the speed of frequency rise and fall of frequency converter and the pressure rise and fall of air compressor, so as not to generate pressure oscillation, but also pay attention to observe the mechanical common vibration point, and jump the frequency near the common vibration point.
