Nowadays, many users know that in addition to the suction dryer and the gas storage tank, some users now also have precision filters for their air compressor systems. In this article, I will take everyone to find out why the air compressor is equipped with a precision filter. I hope everyone will gain something after reading this article.
(1) The most demanding users of precision filter procurement are often engaged in chemical spray painting and precision parts processing, because the users of these industries have very high requirements for compressed air, because the water or oil of compressed air is beyond The specified content value will cause the reputation of the company's products to drop rapidly. For the textile industry, air compressors are often used to supply air for various high-end looms. Currently, there are many textile enterprises. Still with oil screw machine, if it is in the air, it will splash directly on the cloth. At this time, some enterprises with strict requirements are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory, which causes huge losses to the enterprise. ;
(3) Long-term use of air compressors, carbon deposits and dust accumulation for a long time, need to be cleaned in time, otherwise there will be wear and tear on large and small parts, which have an impact on the overall life and safety;
(4) There is a large amount of mixture in the pipeline, which will cause the efficiency of compressed air to pass through the pipeline to be seriously degraded. If the pipeline is seriously blocked, it will affect the use of the entire machine.
