What is the working principle of the piston air compressor?

What is the working principle of the piston air compressor? The piston air compressor is mainly composed of a body, a crankshaft connecting rod, a cylinder piston, an intake and exhaust valve, and the like.

When the crankshaft is running by the motor. The piston is driven to reciprocate in the cylinder through the connecting rod, and the compression, exhaust, expansion and inhalation processes of the refrigerant are completed under the cooperation of the suction and exhaust valves:

(1) Compression process: A process in which a low-pressure gaseous refrigerant is subjected to compression to become a high-pressure gas state, which is called a compression process.

2) Exhaust process: At the end of the compression process, the gaseous refrigerant begins to drain from the exhaust valve, the piston continues to move upward, the gas pressure in the cylinder no longer rises, and the exhaust gas is continuously exhausted until the piston moves to the upper end point [ That is, when the piston can no longer move up, the exhaust process ends.
