What is the low lubricant pressure?
The screw air compressor lubrication system is mainly composed of main autonomous shaft gear oil pump and motor drag auxiliary gear oil pump, oil filter raft, oil cooler, oil filter box in the crankcase, plunger type oiler and connecting pipeline. The low pressure of the air compressor lubricant is caused by failure or damage to one or more of these components. Common reasons for the low pressure of the screw air compressor lubricating oil are as follows:
1. The hydraulic pressure gauge is out of order;
2. The oil level of the fuel tank is low and the oil quantity is insufficient;
3. The oil filter box or oil filter in the crankcase is blocked;
4. The quality of lubricating oil does not meet the requirements;
5. The wear clearance of the crankshaft connecting rod is too large;
6. The oil pump gear wear gap is too large;
7. Oil pump shaft oil seal wear;
