What are the reasons for the high temperature shutdown of the air compressor?
In screw air compressor failure, equipment temperature is too high and the phenomenon of shutdown is very common. What are the reasons? Together:
Poor position or ventilation. Machines are placed at high ambient temperature; there are heat sources around them; they are too close to walls or other obstacles; the room is not ventilated; the front and side doors of the equipment are opened during operation, and the fan can not form convection; the guide hood is not standardized, and the hot air caused by reducing the guide area or turning too early and too much can not flow smoothly.
Eu oil-gas separation filter element is too stained. When the oil-gas separation filter element of screw air compressor is dirty, the oil will slow down in the process of circulating flow and cause high temperature.
Failure of oil valve. Oil shut-off valves are usually found on larger machines. When they fail, the temperature rises rapidly because they cannot be cooled.
The radiator is blocked. Compressors work in a dusty environment for a long time. After a certain period of time, there will be a layer of dirt on the surface of the radiator, and the interior will also form blockage, which will easily lead to poor heat dissipation.
Fault of fan blade. Fracture or loosening of fan blades will affect the heat dissipation effect and cause high temperature of equipment.
Europium oil filter is blocked. When there is dirt in the oil filter, the amount of oil entering the filter will decrease, and there will be some resistance. The screw air pressure opportunity can not achieve the lubrication effect due to lack of oil.
Insufficient cooling oil. Lack of cooling oil should be replenished in time, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect.
Use inferior or inappropriate cooling oil.
Failure of temperature control valve. When the temperature control valve does not open, the cooling oil will flow back directly to the nose without passing through the radiator.
