What are the major factors that cause air compressor alarms?
1. Excessive temperature: refers to the temperature of the oil and gas mixture at the compressor outlet, greater than or equal to 110 °C.
2. The pressure is too high: it means that the outlet pressure of the compressor is higher than 13 bar;
3. Oil and gas separator: There are large and small oil droplets in the compressed air coming out of the compressor head. Large oil droplets are easily separated by the oil and gas separation tank, but small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter below 1 μm) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filter layers of the oil separation filter. Thereby the excluded compressed air is more pure, high quality and oil free. The solid particles in the compressed air will remain in the filter layer as they pass through the oil core, which leads to an increase in the pressure difference (resistance) of the oil core. As the oil core usage time increases, when the pressure difference of the oil core reaches 0.08 to 0.1 MPa, it must be replaced.

4. Air filter: When the air filter is too dirty or blocked, the resistance of the air passing through the filter will increase, and the inlet of the compressor will generate a negative pressure.
5. Oil filter: Due to the long-term operation of the air compressor, impurities in the air are sucked into the compressor, which may cause blockage of the oil filter, so that the pressure difference between the filter and the front is too large.
6. High exhaust temperature: It means that the air compressor has poor heat dissipation, and the air compressor oil quantity and quality are not normal.
7. Low oil level: It means that the oil level in the air compressor separator is low, and the air compressor oil can not be seen through the oil mirror.
8. High oil temperature: due to long-term, high-speed operation of the air compressor, oil quality aging, oil return path is not smooth, the oil filter is clogged, and compressed air from the air compressor will entrain a small amount of oil to cause air compressor oil. Loss, resulting in high oil temperatures.
