The service life is not reached, and the cause of the early warning blockage is: the quality of the oil filter itself is problematic; the surrounding environment is poor, and the dust, particles, impurities, etc. are too much, causing the oil filter element to block prematurely; In a few days, the oil filter will be blocked.
The oil core has a long life. Because it disperses the oil and the compressed air, the impurities will also remain on the filter, blocking the filter pores, causing the resistance to be too large, and the power consumption of the air compressor is increased. The oil blockage is also called the oil partial pressure difference is too large, that is, before and after the oil and gas separation, the pressure difference is large. If there is irritating gas around the air compressor, when these gases enter the air compressor, they will chemically react with the lubricating oil, resulting in carbon deposits and sludge. When a part of the impurities enters the lubricating oil circulation system, they are intercepted by the oil filter, and another part of the impurities rises to the oil with the oil and gas confusing substance. When the gas passes through the oil, these impurities are retained on the oil filter paper, the oil filter hole is blocked, and the resistance of the oil is gradually increased, so that the oil core must be replaced in advance in a short period of time.
