The oil filter is generally a paper filter, and its function is to remove impurities such as metal particles and oil deterioration in the oil, and the filtration precision is between 5um and 10um, which has a protective effect on the bearing and the rotor.
Fault appearance: oil filter failure
Troubleshooting: Whether the oil filter should be replaced can be judged by its differential pressure indication. If the differential pressure indicator is on, it indicates that the oil filter is blocked and must be replaced. The oil and oil filter need to be replaced after the first operation of the new machine for 500 hours, and then replaced by the differential pressure indicator. If the oil filter pressure difference is large and not replaced, it may result in insufficient oil intake, and the exhaust high temperature tripping machine will affect the bearing life due to insufficient oil.
