The meaning of pneumatic power
The pneumatic power unit is the same as the power unit, and is W, which is convenient for the unified calculation of the energy consumption of the whole machine;
Pneumatic power is the pure energy supplied to the terminal gas equipment, and the energy loss during gas production and gas transmission has been excluded.
Under a certain flow rate, the power of various types of pneumatic pipeline equipment is closely related to the inlet and outlet air pressure. The quality requirements of the power system for the gas source are not limited to the cleanliness (water, dust, oil content), and the pressure drop is also an important technical indicator.
The zero gas consumption dryer has a long regeneration path, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ends is the largest (see Figure 1), and the aerodynamic power loss is also the largest in the background of atmospheric pressure.
