Pressure
The exhaust pressure usually given on the compressor nameplate is gauge pressure, not absolute pressure.
Common pressure unit: bar, MPa, the air compressor industry said "kilogram" means "bar", that is, 1 kg means 1bar, 1MPa (MPa) = 1000kPa (kPa), 1bar (bar) = 0.1MPa.
Volume flow
In China, it is also called the displacement or nameplate flow. The volume of gas discharged by the air compressor per unit time is converted into the intake state, that is, the volume of the suction. According to the national standard, the actual displacement of the air compressor is All ±5% of the nominal flow rate is acceptable.
Common unit
M3/min, L/s.
Gas oil content
The mass of oil (including oil droplets, suspended particles, oil vapor) contained in a unit volume of compressed air, usually referred to as PPM is the weight ratio unit: PPM, one millionth of a kilogram is 1 milligram.
Pressure dew point
It means that the gas with a certain pressure is cooled to a certain temperature, and the unsaturated water vapor contained therein becomes saturated steam, and this temperature is the pressure dew point of the gas. Atmospheric dew point refers to the temperature at which the gas is cooled to a level of saturated water vapor at a standard atmospheric pressure. In the air compressor industry, the dew point indicates the degree of dryness of the gas.
Specific power
It refers to the power consumed by the compressor per unit volume flow. It is an important indicator for evaluating the energy efficiency of compressors. Air compressor specific power unit: KW / m3.
According to the standard GB19153-2009 "Volume-type air compressor energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating", the air compressor energy efficiency rating is divided into 4 levels:
Level 1 (optimal level), Level 2 (energy saving evaluation value), T level (target energy efficiency limit value), and level 3 (energy efficiency limit value). Among them, level 1 has the highest energy efficiency, and level 3 is lower than production and sales. Class T is the target energy efficiency rating, and its energy efficiency is better than level 3. It has replaced the level 3 energy efficiency value since December 1, 2013.
Level 1 reaches the international advanced level, the most energy-saving, and the lowest energy consumption;
Level 2 is more energy efficient;
Level 3 High energy consumption is an indicator of market access.
