The installation work of the screw air compressor room directly affects the performance and stability of the equipment. Therefore, it is particularly important to master the installation focus of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the screw air compressor.
Selection of installation site
In many cases, the staff will ignore the selection of the screw air compressor, resulting in unstable performance of the screw air compressor. Attention should be paid to the choice of installation location and specific planning. The problems that may arise are contained in the germination stage to ensure the effective and stable operation of the screw air compressor.
The installation location of the screw air compressor should be selected in a place with a wide space and good lighting, which can facilitate the installation of the body and the implementation of future maintenance and overhaul work. The installation of the screw air compressor needs to select a relatively dry place with good air circulation and less dust, which can extend the service life of the equipment. If the factory environment is poor and there is a lot of dust, the front filter equipment should be properly installed to protect it. In terms of ambient temperature, it should not be too high. Generally, it should be installed below 40 degrees Celsius. Excessive temperature will build the air delivery capacity when the equipment is operating, thus reducing the efficiency of the equipment to a certain extent.
At the same time, it is necessary to reserve a passage before installation. If conditions permit, you can also set up a crane, which can provide greater convenience for future maintenance work. In general, at least 70 cm or more is required between the compressor and the wall as a reserved maintenance space. The air compressor should not be less than one meter away from the top space.
In addition, the position where the air-cooled unit and the water-cooled unit are installed should be reserved, and the cooled hot air should be removed to the outside by installing the air duct. The inlet and outlet of the water-cooled unit must be fitted with valves. If there is debris in the cooling water, the filter equipment needs to be installed in advance.
Installation of piping systems, fixed foundations and cooling systems
Piping system. When installing the main pipe, the pipe should have a slight inclination angle to facilitate the outflow of condensed liquid technology in the pipeline. Whenever possible, use large-diameter piping to relieve the resistance of the pipeline and improve its working efficiency. The branch line should be taken from above the main line to prevent the condensate in the main line from flowing back into the machine and causing operational failure. At the time of installation, it is necessary to pay attention to maintaining the predetermined size of the main pipe. Do not change the sequence arbitrarily, avoid mixing phenomenon at the joint, and lose pressure to affect the service life of the equipment. Appropriate installation of buffer and purification equipment such as dryers can reduce the load on the machine.
In general, the pressure of the system needs to be controlled below 1.5 hopa. If the instantaneous air consumption of the system is relatively large, it can be alleviated by selecting a gas storage tank with a large displacement. In addition, in the process of pipeline installation, the use of elbows or various types of valves is minimized. Such components are likely to cause loss of equipment pressure, which will reduce the working efficiency of the equipment to a certain extent.
Fixed foundation. The basic system needs to select a relatively hard floor to build and install. Before installation, the staff needs to calibrate the reference plane to prevent excessive noise due to vibration after the equipment is started. If the location where the air compressor is installed is set at a non-bottom location, the staff and the equipment must be shock-proof to prevent noise and other safety hazards caused by vibration. Generally speaking, the vibration of the screw air compressor during operation is not large, so it is not necessary to add a fixed foundation. However, the premise is that the site where the air compressor is installed must be level. At the same time, the bottom should not be a soft soil. In order to make the equipment operate more efficiently and minimize the environmental impact of the working equipment, a cushion or shockproof mat with a thickness of 5 to 10 mm can be pre-placed on the ground when the screw air compressor is installed.
cooling system. Ventilation conditions should be considered when using air-cooled compressors. Avoid installing the air compressor on the side of the high-temperature equipment. If the air compressor is in operation, if a large amount of high-temperature gas is inhaled, the exhaust temperature will be too high, and the equipment will not operate normally. If the size of the installed space is subject to certain restrictions, it is necessary to properly install the exhaust device to ensure the air circulation speed is guaranteed.
