Preparation before starting-up-of -air -compressor
1. Check if the connection of each component is loose. If it is loose, it must be tightened to avoid oil leakage, air leakage or other accidents.
2. Check if the measuring instruments are loose or damaged.
3. Check if the lubricating oil of the compressor is sufficient. If it is not enough, it should be added enough (in the shutdown state, open the fuel filler port, you can see the oil surface is appropriate, this step at least once a month). It is not used for the first time or for a long time (not used for more than two months). Before starting the machine, add about 1 liter of clean and non-impurity lubricating oil to the air inlet of the main engine to prevent oil in the main engine during starting.
4, the number of turns of the car (first run or long after not used after boot).
5. Check whether the inside of the compressor is clean, whether the radiator and the air filter are clogged with dust. If it should be cleaned with compressed air in time. (usually once a week)
6. Clean all the unrelated items near the unit and placed on the unit.
