Oil-free head installation considerations
Before the official start-up operation, it is required to manually jog the equipment before the completion of the star-delta conversion. After seeing the oil pressure of 1.5 bar or more on the main screen, the equipment can complete the star-delta conversion, so that the head can be operated at full speed. There will be no wear and tear due to lack of oil in the bearings and gears.
After the equipment completes the launch of the star triangle, it is necessary to manually unload the equipment to observe the operation, check the mechanical noise and vibration at this time, the pressure and temperature difference between the cooling water inlet and outlet, and whether the unloading exhaust temperature changes of each head are normal, and the oil pressure is warm. Is it normal?
When the above working conditions and data are within a reasonable normal interval, the operation can be manually loaded. After the loading operation, it is still necessary to continue to check whether the operating parameters and noise vibrations are normal according to the second item above, whether the intercooled drain valve has air leakage, etc. If there is no abnormality in the operation for 1 hour, it can basically run normally.
Before installing this machine head, it is necessary to confirm the cleaning and maintenance work of each cooler, cooling water pipe filter, medium and rear cold drain valve drain check valve; replacement of lubricating oil, air filter and oil filter; bearing of main motor Maintenance after life confirmation or replacement of bearings or grease; inspection of gear boxes and gears, etc.
