Maintenance from four aspects: air filter, oil filter, oil and gas separator and coolant
1. Regularly change the air filter
The internal clearance of the screw air compressor allows only particles within 15u to be filtered out. Once the air filter element is blocked and damaged, a large number of particles larger than 15u enter the screw machine to circulate, which will not only shorten the service life of the oil filter core and the oil and gas separation core, but also cause the particles to directly enter the bearing cavity, which will cause the bearing wear speed to accelerate. Increase the rotor clearance and reduce compression efficiency.
2.Change the oil filter on time
The oil filter should be replaced after 500 hours of the first operation of the new machine, and the new filter should be replaced every 1500-2000 hours thereafter. If the working environment is harsh, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the deadline.
3.Replace the oil and gas separator on time
Under normal working conditions, the service life of the oil and gas separator is about 3000 hours. When the oil and gas separator expires or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12Mpa, it must be replaced. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, and the oil separator will be damaged and run.
4.Coolant replacement
The first cold replacement was after 500 hours of the new machine running-in period. After every 3000 hours of operation, replace it. Use in harsh environment to shorten the replacement cycle. It is best to change the coolant at the same time as the oil filter.
