Maintain from the four aspects of air filter, oil filter, oil-gas separator and coolant.
1. Change the air filter regularly
The internal gap of the screw air compressor only allows particles within 15u to be filtered out. Once the air filter is clogged and damaged, a large amount of particles greater than 15u enter the screw machine to circulate, which will not only cause the service life of the oil filter and oil-gas separation core to be greatly shortened, but also cause the particles to directly enter the bearing cavity, which accelerates the bearing wear rate Increase the rotor clearance and reduce the compression efficiency.
2. Change the oil filter on time
The oil filter element should be replaced after the first operation of the new machine for 500 hours, and then the new filter element should be replaced every 1500-2000 hours. If the working environment is bad, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the time limit.
3. Replace the oil and gas separator on time
Under normal working conditions, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours. When the oil-gas separator expires or the pressure difference exceeds 0.12Mpa, it must be replaced. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the oil and gas separator will be damaged and run away.
4. Coolant replacement
The first cold replacement fluid was after 500 hours of running-in period of the new machine. It will be replaced every 3000 hours after operation. Use in a harsh environment to shorten the replacement cycle. It is best to replace the coolant with the oil filter.
