Detection and elimination of various failures of air compressors.
1. The two secondary suction valves and the two secondary discharge valves have coke-replacement, and the coke cleaning is replaced by a copper pad.
2. Open the crooked box door check: focus on the mark of the connecting rod bolt and the condition of the lower part of the cylinder liner.
3. Remove the four pipes and plungers of the oiler and blow it through with compressed air. Open the filter and place a few drops of oil on the primary valve. Then unload it and check the oiling status of the four oil outlets of the oiler.
