2.Compressor running check
The operating conditions of the compressor should meet the requirements of the technical parameters of the compressor; listen to the sound of the compressor operation, there must be no abnormal sound, if there is abnormal sound response immediately stop the inspection; check whether the organic body oil out, if There are existing defects, should be overhauled; check the working conditions of the motor so that it does not exceed the load; cooling separators, gas tanks, not less than 4 times per shift; check the inlet filter is clean; check the crankcase The oil should be at 1/2~2/3 of the full scale; when the compressor has abnormally high temperature, no operation is allowed. Check the machine for shutdown; check whether the safety valves at all levels are good.
