What is the minimum required working pressure of the production line?
In the long-term customer communication, we learned that some customers only need 0.6MPa pressure to meet the production, but many customers choose the air compressor with a gas supply pressure of 1.0MPa when purchasing the air compressor. For every 0.1 MPa increase in pressure, the energy consumption increases by about 7%. When selecting the air supply pressure of the air compressor, the actual demand pressure at the production site must be considered.
2. Is the gas demand of the production line stable?
When selecting the air compressor, it is necessary to consider whether the gas consumption of the production line is balanced and whether there are peaks and valleys. If the demand volume of the production line is very stable, it is recommended to select a power frequency air compressor; if the demand volume of the production line is very unstable, it is recommended to select a permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor.
3. Is the compressed air pipeline properly arranged?
We choose the air compressor, we also need to consider whether the compressed air pipeline layout is reasonable. The size of the pipe diameter, the number of turning points and the distance between the air compressor and the respective gas end pipes are all factors that affect the pressure loss. It is recommended to properly enlarge the pipe diameter. If the environmental conditions meet the air compressor installation requirements and the working conditions permit, you can install near the gas end.
4. Can the company's power facilities meet the needs of air compressors?
Because the air compressor consumes a lot of power equipment, when we choose the air compressor, we need to consider whether the voltage, capacity, etc. of the enterprise can meet the power consumption of the air compressor. When some companies require voltage and current to be relatively stable, we recommend that customers choose a variable frequency air compressor.
5. Does the air compressor room meet the conditions?
It is very important that the air compressor room can meet the space for equipment placement and maintenance. We recommend at least 1 meter of maintenance space between each equipment. Whether the air compressor room meets the conditions of intake air volume and ventilation volume. If the ventilation is not good, the temperature in the equipment room is too high, which affects the efficiency and life of the equipment.
6. What are the quality requirements for compressed air with gas equipment?
Compressed air contains a certain amount of moisture and oil. If the compressed air that is not treated is put into use directly, it may cause gas-consuming equipment failure and product defects. When selecting the air compressor, you must carefully understand the gas consumption equipment of the enterprise terminal. In actual requirements, the freeze air dryer, adsorption dryer, precision filter and other equipment are provided to treat compressed air.
7. Choose air or water?
Generally, air compressors mainly have two cooling methods: air-cooled and water-cooled. These two cooling methods are better and worse, depending on the environment in which they are used. For a water-rich environment, we recommend choosing a water-cooled type. If water is scarce, it is recommended to choose air-cooled.
