Screw air compressors are escaping from dripping, mainly due to the aging or maintenance of equipment and accessories, especially due to the poor handling of the staff. These seemingly small problems often lead to serious consequences. Let's take compressed air as an example. Leakage will not only cause the extravagance of electric energy, but also bring large electricity bills to the enterprise. It may even lead to system pressure drop, and the function of negative pneumatic equipment.
The rate is reduced to severely shorten the service life of the machine. At the same time, because air leaks can cause equipment to cycle more frequently, increasing the air compressor's uptime, which results in additional maintenance to reduce the unplanned downtime that may increase. Simply put, compressed air leakage increases unnecessary compressor capacity. Leakage, coupled with the common problem of higher than the required system working pressure, leads to the so-called "false demand", which keeps the compressor loaded and has no rest. All of this will have an adverse effect on production efficiency and will also shorten the life of the screw air compressor. It causes extra energy to spread and reduce the life of machinery and equipment. This is the double blow to the factory and the company must face it.
