What should you watch out for when measuring the air compressor dew point with a dew point meter?
Use a dew point meter to measure the dew point of the air, especially when the measured air has a very low water content. The operation must be very careful and patient. Gas sampling equipment and connecting lines must be dry (at least dry compared to the gas being measured). The piping connection should be completely sealed. The gas flow rate should be your choice! You have no doubt choice! Select according to regulations, and require a long enough pretreatment time. If you are careless, it will bring great errors. It is actually proved that the use of phosphorus pentoxide as electrolyte "micro moisture analyzer" to measure the "pressure dew point" of the compressed air processed by the cold dryer, the error is very large.
