Selection of filtration media

The filter material of HighQ air/oil separator use the super fine glass fiber composite filter material to make which import from Germany J.C.Binzer company and USA Lydall company has such features high filtration efficiency, long service life, high temperature resistance, Oil removal efficiency and low pressure differential.

 

Replacement period

The Air/oil separator must be replaced when the pressure difference reaches 0.08_0.1Mpa, otherwise, the compressor operation cost will be increased.

The most advanced anti-corrosive high efficiency ultrafine fiber condensed material is used as the filter subject. The filter bed of the system is composed of a prefiltration layer, ultrafine fiber layer, support layer, filter layer and gravity subsidence layer, to ensure the residual oil rate can be controlled within 2 PPM and the service life can be reach 8000h.

 

“Extended “ pleat

The “ extended” pleat design make the operation pressure is 6.9BARS to 27.6BARS, the lowest pressure is 4.5BARA, and can accept 5BARS differential pressure.

 

Epoxy resin composite adhesive

 

Use high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance epoxy resin compound adhesive, which with the features of high strength, good adhesion performance, not easy to fall off and durable.
