Causes of high temperature

The factors that can be considered in the cooling system include environmental factors, indoor ventilation, blockage of the cooler, and cooling water.

1. Environmental factors and indoor ventilation

Due to the large amount of heat generated during the operation of the equipment, if this heat is not exported to the outside in time, it may cause closed circulation of air in the room, that is, the heat discharged by the air compressor and refrigerated dryer will be taken into the air by the air compressor and refrigerated dryer. Inhalation through the mouth again, such a vicious circle, the equipment will continue to high temperature. If the ambient temperature exceeds 38°C based on the ventilation status of the installation site, forced ventilation is necessary.

The air inlet should be located as low as possible in the house and where it is not easy to inhale environmental dust and harmful gases. In harsh environments such as dust, the air inlet filter device should be properly equipped, and the air outlet is generally set above the roof or wall, and protective facilities should be added.

2. Exhaust channel

(1) The circulation area of the exhaust duct should be large enough.

(2) The exhaust passage is as short as possible to reduce flow resistance. Calculate the resistance of the exhaust channel based on the exhaust air volume of the air compressor and the heat of other equipment, and an auxiliary exhaust fan is required.

(3) In order to facilitate inspection and repair, the exhaust channel with a detachable structure can be used as a connection and balance wind cover such as canvas or tinplate to avoid excessive drawing and vibration transmission. Flexible adjustable flaps can be installed, and the passage can be closed to avoid low temperature in winter.

3. The cooler is blocked

Coolers include air-cooled plate-fin heat exchangers and water-cooled shell-and-tube heat exchangers. With the passage of time, due to the environment or the quality of the cooling water, the cooler will be blocked. This can be through the inlet and outlet of the cooler. The temperature difference can be confirmed. The plate-fin heat exchanger is a heat exchange tube bundle composed of rectangular plates and heat exchange tubes. 4. Insufficient cooling water and air volume

(1) Insufficient cooling air volume

Check whether the starting and stopping pressure or temperature of the cold dryer is set properly, whether the cooling fan is activated or damaged in time; the wind-proof net of the suction port should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging; in addition, the design and installation of the exhaust channel are unreasonable, and the exhaust air volume is too small Or the passage resistance is large, it will affect the air volume of the equipment, which will cause the compressor to have a poor cooling effect.

(2) Insufficient cooling water

Check the temperature of the cooling water. The normal water temperature is below 32 degrees, and the amount of cooling water is insufficient, resulting in excessive high pressure, poor cooling effect, and increased overheating, leading to higher and higher temperatures. It is usually required that the cooling water backwater pressure is not less than 0.15MPa.

(3) Pay attention to the blockage of the drainer, check and clean the drainer regularly to ensure that the drain system is normal!
